Snorkel without the crowds. We snorkel & slide at Coral Gardens, Turtle Town, or another Coral Reef in the area, depending on weather conditions. On rare occasions, we will snorkel only (no water sliding) at Molokini Crater!

Details
12:30 PM: Check-in at Ma’alaea Harbor. Public Parking is available.
1:00 PM: Depart for snorkeling location.
1:15 PM: Deli lunch. Snorkeling for beginners training (optional).
4:00 PM: Arrive at harbor.
Lunch Includes:
Deli sandwich: Turkey/provolone, ham/swiss, or roast beef/cheddar, with lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, and condiments. Housemade veggie patty (for vegetarian meal requests)
Tricolor pasta salad Mediterranean style: artichoke hearts, red onion, sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Spanish olives, and feta cheese mixed in a tarragon herbal white balsamic vinegarette.
Quinoa salad (for gluten-free meal requests): toasted quinoa, chopped cucumber, red onion, red bell peppers, and tomatoes lightly mixed with a pomegranate balsamic glaze.
Chocolate chip cookie: made with our own house recipe.
Water, soda, and Hawaiian Sun.

Things To Know
- Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed.
- Alcohol is BYOB and can only be consumed at the conclusion of in-water activities.
- Wildlife sightings such as turtles and whales are not guaranteed.
- We may cancel due to weather or insufficient passengers at short notice.
- We do not deploy our waterslide at Molokini Crater.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure to find and pay for parking.
- Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Maui Snorkeling was such a great experience over our Christmas break. They were able to navigate very choppy waters all while making us feel safe. They found calm enough waters for us to snorkel and inflate the water slide for us to go down for a while.

We had a wonderful experience with Maui Snorkeling. Captain Greg had a great sense of humor, and Morgan and Micah were great staff, making us comfortable and watching out for us. The two locations we visited were amazing and we saw whales breaching as we traveled. All gear was provided, there was plenty of food, and there was a photographer on board who took pictures of us as a family and us snorkeling in the water. The waterside off the top deck was awesome! I highly recommend Maui Snorkeling and would absolutely go with them again.
FAQ’s
DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE SNORKELING?
Snorkeling experience is not necessary. You need to be comfortable in the water and should be able to swim without the aid of any equipment. Our crew will show you how to use the snorkel equipment. We have flotation devices, wetsuits, swimming noodles, and boogie boards available to keep swimmers comfortable during our excursions.
IS SNORKELING SAFE?
The Hawaii Health Department advises that “you need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim without the aid of any equipment”. Our buddy system requires weak but comfortable swimmers to pair up with a stronger swimmer from the same party. We have flotation devices, wetsuits, swimming noodles, and boogie boards available to make it easy to float and observe the wildlife.
DO YOU OFFER SNUBA?
We discontinued our SNUBA program. Once aboard the Lani Kai II, you will notice a much smoother touring experience without the clutter that can be common with SNUBA tours. Our guests love the new experience!

CAN WE USE A FULL-FACE SNORKELING MASK?
No. We do not allow full-face masks on the Lani Kai II. But, we do provide all of your snorkeling equipment at no additional cost.
DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?
We do not offer transportation but there are plenty of options on Maui, no matter where you are staying.
